NFL has ‘no comment’ on Marshawn Lynch incident with fan at LAX Seahawks Wire 4 hrs ago Liz Mathews Replay Video SETTINGS OFF HD HQ SD LO The National Football League has no comment regarding retired Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch’s latest altercation with a fan.
TMZ published a video that showed Lynch allegedly knocking the cell phone out of a man’s hand at LAX airport on Monday. According to the post, Lynch also spat in the direction of the autograph seeker as he left the scene.
“On Wednesday, a spokesman told PFT that the NFL has no comment about the situation,” reports Mike Florio of ProFootballTalk .

Technically Lynch remains on the Seahawks reserve/retired list and has not applied for reinstatement to the league. Should he choose to return to football, he would be subject to the provisions of the NFL’s Personal Conduct Policy.

TMZ said the fan was considering filing a police report for assault and his cracked cell phone, which would also trigger the involvement of law enforcement.
Throughout the month, numerous stories have surfaced regarding Lynch unretiring and wanting to play for either the Raiders or the Patriots .
If true, Lynch would be best served by staying out of the limelight until his reinstatement and a job this season are secure.
