Following the show’s move from the BBC to ITV, Ricky stepped down and left Will.i.am as the only original coach to take part in the revamped version.
While he made the decision to step down alongside Boy George and Paloma Faith in 2016, the Kaiser Chiefs frontman told Kate Garraway and Charlotte Hawkins on Good Morning Britain that he would happily go back if he got the call.
He said: “If they came knocking I’d do it again.
